The Notary Public Network (NPN) of mobile notary signing agents was created with very important concepts guiding its development: integrity, pride, and collective success.
Our goal is to take the hassle out of completing real estate loan signings. NPN aims to make signings easier and more efficient for clients and notaries alike. Timely and accurate execution of documents for proper recording is essential for everyone's success. At Notary Public Network, we get it done.
I have personally dedicated the past 11 years to studying the various facets of the real estate and finance industries. I initially trained as a loan processor for both mortgage brokers and correspondent lenders. In 2002, I found my niche and became an escrow officer eventually taking the Florida Title Insurance Agent Licensing courses in Sanford, Florida. Along the way, I personally conducted thousands of successful loan signings.
My background, paired with my partner's experience as a notary signing agent and senior notary training instructor with the National Notary Association, has given life to our new endeavor: NPN. Together, we intend to set a new industry standard by using only the best trained notaries to complete signings with accuracy and integrity.
We interview and screen our notaries to insure that they reflect the ideals of professionalism, courtesy and responsible practice. We insist that they follow "model notary" ethics, and that they have both signing knowledge and experience. Correct, timely and client-centered services are at our core.
